Tour Merchandise
Objective

Art Direction: SEAN CHAMILIAN
The process
The creative process was highly collaborative and iterative. I worked closely with Art Director (SEAN CHAMILIAN), bouncing ideas back and forth from initial concepts through revisions. Each concept followed a straightforward workflow: once I delivered illustrations, Sean would often adapt them into multiple variations to present to the Warped Tour team for approval. Approved designs were then added to the online store for purchase and sent into production for use in tour booths, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to merchandise in the hands of fans.
Inspiration
The designs drew heavily from the visual language of mid-90s pop punk and 80s–90s punk culture. Influences ranged from iconic band tees—Blink-182, NOFX, The Offspring, Misfits, The Clash—to show flyers, zines, and other DIY punk aesthetics. The goal was to capture that raw, energetic spirit while translating it into bold, modern illustrations that would resonate with a new generation of festival-goers and longtime fans alike.
